Solar Pool Heating installation in Dallas

This particular installation was very difficult for many reasons. Being it was a steep, slate roof meant installers would have a difficult time handling the panels on the roof and the roof was a candidate to receive some damage. To avoid these problems I decided to rent a boom lift and luckily there was room in the backyard for it.

Here is how the roof looked before we began our installation:

When then had to bring in the boom lift, a Genie 34/20, to lift the panels on the roof:

Once the panels were placed on the roof, we used a levy system to help hold the panels in place while they were secured to the roof membrane:

After all the panels were secured to the roof, the piping configuration had to be attached as well:

Once the panels and piping configuration were on the roof, we then had to reconfigure the plumbing at the pool's equipment.

This installation took two full days to complete and was very difficuclt application, but turned out very nice. The roof and panels did not have any damage occur and more importantly neither did the installation technicians.
